If not someone is going to give you a call back as quickly as we can. we do not use an answering service. Our staff are localy employed members of our community and can help set up and resolve most issues themselves. If not they will be happy to set you up an sales call or service call depending on your needs.
Most of the time we can tell people how to fix their gate themselves over the phone which can save a customer precious time and money. Our office is east of Nashville just south of Murfreesboro. We cant get a truck to Bellvue in 10 minutes, but over the phone we can most likley get you in or out of your gate in an emergency
